AGM, awards, kit, training & Xmas social!
Hi everyone,
Lots of news for you this week 🗞
AGM & Awards 🏆
Firstly, thanks to all who came along to the AGM last week - a great turnout for our annual club meeting with some interesting ideas and discussion on the plans for next year.

Kit 🎽
At the AGM we said that the club would formally adopt a second kit suppler, Soar, to provide you with a choice on club clothing.
EV2 is our ‘everyday’ supplier, with a wide range of club branded kit from vests and t-shirts to hoodies.
Soar is our ‘premium’ supplier, with truly world-class vests that excel in tough races.
Sales are now open for kit from both suppliers, with the intent that orders arrive in time for April races.
For EV2, visit their online shop which is open now through December, and order direct. The password can be found in our club Slack channel here.
For Soar orders, please raise a request in this thread on Slack, stating size and gender. The price is £65 per vest. Example kit can be seen here. Again, expect to close for orders at end December.
For both EV2 and Soar orders, note that the kit order can only be served if we hit certain ‘minimum order quantities’. For EV2, if an order can’t be served, a refund will be issued very shortly after the order window is closed. For Soar we will probably not have taken payment prior to the issue so refunds would not be necessary. We will endeavour to avoid a MOQ issue. Also, we are exploring producing a SHAEF Shifters branded casual t-shirt. More info to follow. Any questions, please post them in the Kit channel on Slack.

Weekly club intervals training on Thursday this week - a moneghetti fartlek session led by Gareth! 🔥
Meet at the usual time and place: main Teddington gates to the park at 6:50pm for a 7pm start.

Christmas social 🎅
A final note for this week - don’t forget we have the annual club Christmas social and quiz next Thursday 15th December from 7pm, at The Adelaide pub in Teddington.
