Gary Neville gave a review of the first full year of SHAEF Shifters as an affiliated club. It has been a successful year in many ways and the full report was circulated to all members in advance of the meeting.
Ian Fullen advised we had recorded a profit of £261 for the year and this will be reinvested in the club.
Louise Atkinson reported we have 38 fully paid members with a further 2 members in the process of transferring from other clubs. We also have 5 members still to renew.
Kit / Communications
Owen Delaney informed that he had some kit for sale and other orders can be ordered via HUGGA directly. He requested feedback from members and any requests for more kit. On the IT side the website is working well and ideas were discussed including a calendar of events. Owen reminded people to try to use the Slack app for club messages.
