Thursday nights are back up and running, and we had a great turn out of around a dozen of us last night for Ian’s 4s and 2s. Perfect conditions with a warm up along Chestnut Ave. for some quick repeats around the fountain - 2x 4min with 2min recovery, 2x 2min with 1min recovery, and another 2x 4min with 2min recovery.
