Lots happening as ever in the world of the SHAEF Shifters. Just today we had a great turnout and some excellent performances at the Elmbridge 10k. Well done to all who raced. Yesterday there was a big group who were at the Anniversary games watching some high quality athletics. Made for a great weekend of running!
